Walk or run outdoors or indoors
Stand still for a few deep breaths.
Grow some roots to the ground.
Grow a string to the sky.
1. 100 STEPS
Start your walk/run slowly and count a hundred steps. Pause. What do you see?
Walk/run and count another hundred steps. Pause. What do you hear?
Repeat as many times as you wish. Change the number of steps.
Take a photo, take a note or mental note.
Walk or run the same stretch of road or short loop several times.
If its a loop change the direction every time.
What didn’t you see the previous time?
Take a photo or mental note of same object/view each time from a different angle.
Repeat as many times as you wish.
When you finish:
Write some words that popped in your head.
Try to draw the map of your journey.
